DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Design Review Committee (DRC) is composed of three members appointed by the developer, John Ferguson. The DRC is responsible for ensuring that all homes conform to the Bent Oaks Design Standards and covenants and restrictions. The purpose of the DRC is to help ensure that property values are maintained. The three members are John Ferguson, Gary Patton, and Steve Salmon.
You must contact the DRC for written approval anytime you intend to alter the exterior appearance of your home. Some examples include:
