DUES Dues are $637.50 per year for home owners, and $425.00 per year for lot owners. One (1) notice will be sent to all homeowners 45 days in advance of the due date (January 31 for Annual Dues and July 1 for Special Assessment Dues). No additional notifications will be provided. If a homeowner's dues are not received within ten (10) days following the due date, the outstanding balance will be placed with an attorney for collection. At the last annual homeowners meeting, the membership decided to aggressively pursue those who are late with their dues. Please pay your homes association dues and assessments on time. |
